A leading facilities management and building services company is looking for a skilled Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join their growing team. Covering Swindon and the surrounding areas, you'll be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing maintenance, repairs, and minor installation work across commercial sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and reliable engineer looking for a stable mobile role with long-term career prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance in commercial buildings
- Service and repair hot and cold-water systems, pipework, valves, and sanitary ware
- Work on TMVs, water heaters, pumps, and general plumbing systems
- Support compliance tasks including temperature checks and L8 monitoring
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
- Complete job reports and documentation accurately
- Liaise with clients and site staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Travel between sites across the Swindon region
Skills & Experience Required:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience working within commercial maintenance or facilities management essential
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of water systems, pumps, and pipework installations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence essential
