The Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Shift Engineer to join the team at one of London's most exclusive residential developments. You will play a key role in maintaining a seamless living experience for residents by ensuring all building systems operate to the highest standards.
The Role
- Maintain and operate high-spec mechanical and electrical systems within a luxury residential setting
- Respond to maintenance requests quickly and professionally, delivering a five-star service experience
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance using CAFM and BMS systems
- Monitor plant performance and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure full compliance with statutory and safety requirements
- Support emergency procedures and critical incidents when required
About You
- Proven experience as a Shift Engineer within a high-end residential, hotel, or luxury environment
- Relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications (C&G Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Strong technical knowledge across M&E systems
- Professional, polished, and service-focused approach
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Working Pattern
4 on / 4 off (7am-7pm), with occasional night cover
