You will play a key role in maintaining a seamless living experience for residents by ensuring all building systems operate to the highest standards.

The Role

  • Maintain and operate high-spec mechanical and electrical systems within a luxury residential setting
  • Respond to maintenance requests quickly and professionally, delivering a five-star service experience
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance using CAFM and BMS systems
  • Monitor plant performance and proactively resolve issues
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory and safety requirements
  • Support emergency procedures and critical incidents when required

About You

  • Proven experience as a Shift Engineer within a high-end residential, hotel, or luxury environment
  • Relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications (C&G Level 2/3 or equivalent)
  • Strong technical knowledge across M&E systems
  • Professional, polished, and service-focused approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Working Pattern

4 on / 4 off (7am-7pm), with occasional night cover
