The Role
As a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial sites. You will ensure all systems operate efficiently while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance across building services systems
- Fault finding and repairing plant and equipment
- Maintenance of systems such as AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, lighting, and basic HVAC equipment
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and compliance regulations
- Complete job reports and documentation accurately
- Participate in a call-out rota

Requirements
- Experience working as a Multiskilled Engineer within commercial building maintenance
- Electrical or mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent preferred)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
