Mechanical Projects Supervisor Ready to step into a role with real ownership, variety and visibility? Our client is looking for an accomplished Mechanical Supervisor to lead high-quality installations across an impressive portfolio of commercial properties in London. Youll take projects from first fix through to commissioning and handoverdriving standards, coordinating teams and ensuring every job is delivered safely, smoothly and on programme. This is a hands-on opportunity for a technically strong supervisor who knows how to lead from the front and takes genuine pride in an exceptional finish. What Youll Be Doing Leading mechanical installation and small-works projects across live commercial environments Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and other trades Overseeing HVAC, LTHW and CHW systems, pipework, pumps, valves and associated plant Keeping projects on programme, to specification and within strict safety standards Reviewing drawings, resolving technical issues and maintaining quality throughout Supporting pressure testing, flushing, commissioning and final handover Managing snagging and ensuring every detail meets the required standard Liaising confidently with Project Managers, clients and site representatives Maintaining accurate progress reports and project documentation What Youll Bring Strong experience in commercial mechanical building services Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, Site Supervisor or Lead Mechanical Fitter An NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering Services, or a recognised apprenticeship Sound knowledge of HVAC, LTHW and CHW systems The ability to interpret drawings, specifications and schematics A valid CSCS, ECS or JIB card A full UK driving licence Confident leadership, organisation and communication skills A professional, solutions-focused approach in occupied buildings Experience with fan coil units, air conditioning, water hygiene/L8, pressure testing, flushing, IPAF or PASMA would be a welcome advantage.
