We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join a professional on-site engineering team at a prestigious commercial property in West London. This is a
static-site position
offering excellent stability, a collaborative team environment and the opportunity to work within a modern, high-profile building. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the site's electrical building services. Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
Maintain and fault-find on electrical plant and equipment
Work on lighting, power, emergency lighting and electrical distribution systems
Carry out routine electrical testing and inspections
Conduct plant room inspections and identify potential faults
Respond to breakdowns and complete repairs efficiently
Support general building services and mechanical plant where required
Ensure maintenance records and compliance documentation are accurately completed
Liaise with subcontractors and specialist service providers
Work closely with the wider engineering team to deliver a high standard of service
About You
Fully electrically qualified – City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
18th Edition
Experience within commercial building maintenance
Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Good understanding of electrical building services and distribution systems
Basic knowledge of mechanical/HVAC systems would be advantageous
Professional and client-focused approach
Able to work effectively as part of an engineering team
