A leading building services and facilities maintenance provider is seeking a skilled Mobile Plumber to join their team, covering a portfolio of commercial office buildings across London. This role involves carrying out both installation and maintenance works, ensuring plumbing systems operate safely and efficiently. It's ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, can work independently, and enjoys a mobile, varied role across different client sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out installations, servicing, and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial buildings
- Work on TMVs, hot and cold water systems, water heaters, pipework, and sanitary ware
- Conduct L8 water hygiene tasks and temperature monitoring
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests and planned works
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and building regulations
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience in commercial plumbing maintenance and installations
- Good understanding of L8 and water hygiene regulations
- Experience working on TMVs, hot water systems, and water heaters
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Salary between £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Company van + fuel card
- Monday to Friday working hours
- Overtime opportunities available
