A newly formed SME are currently on the look-out for a Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer to work across a variety of commercial contracts within the M25. Spearheaded by 3 Technical Directors who have held senior positions within the FM industry, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business in its early years with brilliant growth potential.
The Engineer will be working on a mobile basis, carrying out service and maintenance across a range of mostly mechanical but also some basic electrical works including:
- pumps
- plumbing systems
- pipework
- chilled water systems
- AHU's
- FCU's
- BMS systems
- valves
- water treatment plant
