An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Project Engineer to join a well-established facilities management provider. This role offers a mix of project delivery, client liaison, and technical oversight across HVAC projects within commercial environments.
The Role
- Manage HVAC projects from survey through to completion.
- Oversee installation, refurbishment, and upgrade works across commercial sites.
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure all works comply with health & safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support cost control, reporting, and handover documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering HVAC projects within a facilities management or building services environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
