Job Description
Electrical Shift Engineer £55,000 – £57,000 + bonus up to 7% + on site perksA highly respected FM organisation are looking for an experienced electrical bias Shift Engineer for a high profile site in King's Cross. You'll be part of the shift team, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with a mixture of days and nights. The site is unique, offering excellent perks such as a free coffee shop and food provided through on site restaurants.
Also, there is a site wide bonus scheme which involves both team and individual performance targets to hit which is paid out once a year. Duties are as follows:Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) on all electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime.Carry out reactive maintenance issues promptly to maintain safety and operational continuity.Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS) to control HVAC, lighting, and other critical site functions.Carry out testing and inspection of electrical equipment, including three-phase power distribution, emergency lighting, generators, and transformers.Maintain and service pumps, motors, compressors, chillers, and other mechanical plant equipment to ensure efficiency and reliability.Respond swiftly to emergency breakdowns or alarms, providing expert technical support to minimise disruption.Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and reports using digital systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.TPBN1_UKTJ
