Were working alongside a leading UK facilities managementprovider who is seeking a proactive and skilled Electrical Engineer for a key static site in the Cannon Street area. Youll be providing hands-on electrical maintenance and support across a modern and complex building. From lighting systems and distribution boards to compliance testing and fault-finding, youll be ensuring critical services are maintained safely and efficiently.

Duties:
- Performing both scheduled PPM and responsive electrical maintenance tasks.
- Inspecting, testing, and maintaining lighting systems, small power, and control panels.
- Supporting statutory compliance tasks including emergency lighting and fire alarm checks.
- Diagnosing faults and delivering remedial work efficiently and safely.
- Keeping accurate service records and documentation.
- Collaborating with mechanical and HVAC engineers to ensure seamless site operations.
