I want you to imagine, for a second, a company where “work-life balance” isn’t just something written down by someone in HR, but something that's ingrained in the very soul of the business.

Think four-day working week, 9am – 5pm strict hours, minimal need for anything outside of these hours, wellness events, and so much more…

You’ll join a team that works as one big unit from the most senior person to the most junior, operating in harmony to achieve a purpose and goal (and what a great purpose it is, too).

Based in the wellness industry, this role is to support the CEO across all business and private lives (except their personal holidays because they LOVE doing that themselves).

Set in a cool, bright, and open-plan office of 30 people, you’ll manage the CEO to ensure the necessary tasks are completed. As a self-confessed bottleneck, this CEO knows that things sit on a To-Do list, so your day will involve sitting next to them with that list and making sure that email is finished, the contract is signed, and the report is approved.

One thing to note – you have total, 100% autonomy over diary and inbox. Nothing goes anywhere without your approval, so no nasty surprises when things start appearing from nowhere!

He’s also a man in demand; people want an hour, and he quite frankly doesn’t have it, so you’ll be negotiating with people (internal and external) and diplomatically advising that they can have fifteen minutes.

In terms of the work environment, it’s a casual setting – think more along the lines of Alo Yoga, Lululemon, and ADA, rather than suits. This is a high-energy office, and although not compulsory, there’s a paid-for gym session once a week where most of the company participates (Yoga, Boxercise, HIIT). In addition, there are other events the company puts together (and you’ll be involved in the creation of these) that bring the team together.

We are looking for a bright and positive human with strong organisational and administrative ability, and most importantly, a voice. You will have experience working as an Executive Assistant to a senior-level individual; this is a significant role that allows you to work alongside wonderful people who will help you advance your career to the next level.

You will be someone with a happy disposition who can confidently work alongside a CEO who wants a strong supporter.
