A superb opportunity to join a leading organisation within the aviation industry. We’re seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to support an ERP transformation programme. This is an initial 6-month contract (outside IR35), with a hybrid working model requiring x2 days per week on site.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in a major transformation programme, with a core objective of migrating existing reporting from IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) into Oracle EPM (Fusion SaaS). This role requires someone who has hands-on experience delivering similar migrations and can operate confidently across both platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing proactive change leadership to the ERP Transformation to ensure the programme delivers the required outputs from the Design phase of the Programme, and supports the definition/confirmation of Programme scope, business goals and benefits to be delivered by the Programme.
- Creating the change story and vision to articulate the ‘why’, ensuring it aligns with easyJet’s strategy and organisational change narrative.
- Developing and managing the framework for assessing the level of business change to ensure business change effort can be prioritised accordingly.
- Defining the ERP change strategy and working with the relevant teams and stakeholders to manage its successful execution.
- Ensuring the approach to change is appropriate and the impacted stakeholders are aware of upcoming changes and have the correct support and guidance to adopt the change.
- Supporting the project teams in the successful delivery of change.
