We’re partnering with a leading financial services client to appoint an IBM Product Manager within their Enterprise Platform Integration function. This is a key role within a large-scale transformation programme, with responsibility for the strategy, roadmap and governance of a portfolio of IBM products, including IBM MQ, ACE and Tivoli, alongside supporting the transition from Tivoli to Instana.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop the product strategy and roadmap for IBM platforms
  • Manage product governance, lifecycle and ongoing service improvement
  • Lead vendor management and commercial relationships
  • Oversee licensing, costs and contractual requirements
  • Work closely with engineering, architecture and technology teams
  • Support the migration from Tivoli to Instana
  • Coordinate with large, globally distributed teams across multiple regions
  • Represent the product portfolio at senior stakeholder and governance forums

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager within an enterprise technology environment
  • Strong knowledge of IBM technologies, particularly MQ, ACE and Tivoli
  • Experience managing technology roadmaps, governance and product strategy
  • Strong vendor and licence management experience
  • Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with global, multi-disciplinary teams
