The business is continuing to evolve with 5 facilities spread across the UK and Europe, with a global head office in the United States. You’ll join a dynamic, collaborative environment with 70 people in their Woking facility. The Role We’re looking for a driven Process Engineer to support the development, improvement and introduction of manufacturing processes, with a particular focus on parylene coating applications. The role will involve a strong mix of technical problem-solving, project work and customer interaction, with a healthy pipeline of projects at different stages. Key Requirements: * Minimum of 3+ years of production or process engineering experience within a manufacturing, laboratory or similar technical environment * Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles * Practical experience of process improvement and the 5 Whys methodology * Customer-facing experience, with the ability to understand technical requirements and develop appropriate solutions * Proven project experience, ideally involving laser cutting machinery, 3D printing or similar technologies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate process anomalies and identify root causes * Experience developing, improving and documenting processes and specifications * Ability to work closely with manufacturing, equipment engineering, quality and sales teams * Self-starter with a proactive, driven and solutions-focused approach * Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills More information available on successful application
