Take your IT leadership career to sea. We’re recruiting IT Managers to lead onboard technology operations across additional ships within our luxury cruise fleet. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands‑on technical expertise, service delivery leadership, operational responsibility and global travel — all in one exceptional role.
What You’ll Do
- Lead onboard IT service delivery and daily operations
- Act as the primary IT contact for ship leadership & vendors
- Manage networks, servers, storage, PMS, POS & crew systems
- Provide hands‑on diagnostics, escalation support & troubleshooting
- Lead, coach & develop onboard IT staff
- Oversee Incident, Problem & Change Management (ITIL aligned)
- Maintain cybersecurity, compliance & data protection
- Drive consistent ITIL best practice across shipboard operations
What We’re Looking For
- Degree or HND in an IT‑related subject
- 5+ years’ leadership experience in IT operations or service management
- Strong hands‑on technical background (systems, networking, infrastructure)
- ITIL certification (V3 minimum, V4 preferred)
- Proven ability to lead teams in complex, high‑demand environments
- Hospitality/cruise/travel experience is a strong advantage
- STCW (or willingness to complete)
- Willingness to work internationally on rotation
