We’re a fast-paced, creative advertising agency delivering standout campaigns for global brands. Our work environment is dynamic, collaborative, and tech-forward. We’re currently seeking a Mac and Windows Engineer to join our IT team and support our hybrid infrastructure, helping drive smooth operations for both our creative and corporate users.
The Role: As our Mac and Windows Engineer, you'll be responsible for managing and supporting our Apple macOS and Microsoft Windows environments, ensuring seamless integration, security, and user experience. You'll leverage your expertise in JAMF Pro and Microsoft Intune to manage device lifecycles, enforce policies, and support end-users in a fast-moving creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support across macOS and Windows platforms
- Deploy, manage, and maintain devices using JAMF Pro and Microsoft Intune
- Automate provisioning and configuration processes for both Mac and Windows endpoints
- Ensure security compliance and manage patching and software updates
- Work closely with Creative, Production, and Account teams to understand and support their workflows
- Collaborate with global IT teams to implement technical projects and improvements
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues swiftly with minimal disruption
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience supporting macOS and Windows environments in a creative or advertising agency (or similar fast-paced industry)
- Strong hands-on experience with JAMF Pro (macOS) and Microsoft Intune (Windows/M365)
- Solid knowledge of device management, policy enforcement, and automation scripting (Bash, PowerShell)
- Comfortable working with Adobe Creative Suite environments and creative workflows
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong communication and documentation skills
- Team player who thrives in dynamic, deadline-driven environments
Desirable:
- Experience with SSO (Okta, Azure AD)
- Familiarity with Zero Trust frameworks and security best practices
- Experience with network and VPN troubleshooting
- Previous involvement in IT infrastructure projects or office moves
