Hybrid working model with travel to Bedfordshire approximately one day per week. Outside IR35 with potential for extension.

We’re supporting a major enterprise organisation in Bedfordshire as they continue to expand and modernise their customer data and digital platforms landscape. As part of a large-scale transformation programme, they are looking for an experienced MarTech Architect to help shape and evolve their customer engagement, eCommerce, and data ecosystem.

This role will sit within a high-profile data programme and requires someone who can operate at enterprise scale while working closely with engineering teams, product squads, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong architecture background combined with previous software development experience or significant experience partnering directly with development teams in agile environments.

Key responsibilities:
  • Define and deliver scalable MarTech and customer data architecture across enterprise platforms
  • Support the evolution of real-time customer engagement and event-driven architectures
  • Partner closely with engineering squads to guide technical delivery and architectural best practice
  • Drive integration strategy across customer, eCommerce, and data platforms
