We’re supporting a public sector client in the search for an experienced Change & Release Manager to join a large-scale IT service environment. This role will be responsible for overseeing ITIL-aligned change and release management processes, ensuring changes are delivered effectively, with minimal disruption to critical services.

You’ll work closely with technical teams, project managers, and key stakeholders to coordinate end-to-end change activity, manage release schedules, assess risk, and drive continuous improvement across the service delivery function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain ITIL change and release management processes
  • Coordinate and oversee change and release activity across multiple environments
  • Conduct impact and risk assessments for proposed changes
  • Review and approve change requests in line with governance standards
