We are seeking an entry-level Junior Administrator position designed for someone looking to start their career in financial services. As a Junior Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the financial planning team, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing client communications (emails, letters, appointment confirmations)
  • Scan, file, and organise documents securely and accurately
  • Learn and apply FCA and internal compliance standards
