IT Finance Business Partner We are looking for an experienced IT Finance Business Partner to provide financial insight, commercial challenge and decision support to our IT function. Working closely with the CIO, IT leadership, Finance, Procurement and business stakeholders, you will help ensure technology investment and expenditure are well planned, effectively managed and aligned with strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities * Lead IT budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning across Opex and Capex. * Partner with IT leadership to understand cost drivers, risks, opportunities and financial performance. * Provide insightful financial reporting, analysis and management information to senior stakeholders. * Support technology investment decisions through business cases, ROI, payback and total cost of ownership analysis. * Challenge and support technology spend to maximise business value and return on investment. * Drive IT cost transparency and optimisation across cloud, software, infrastructure, projects and vendors. * Partner with Procurement and IT on vendor spend, contracts and commercial opportunities. * Support technology transformation programmes and major investment initiatives. * Ensure effective financial governance, controls, risk management and compliance across IT expenditure. * Establish and monitor relevant IT financial KPIs and support benefits tracking and post-investment reviews. About You You will have significant experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, management accounting or commercial finance, ideally supporting an IT, technology, digital or transformation function. You will bring: * Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills. * Experience evaluating business cases and investment proposals. * The ability to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders. * Strong commercial and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail. * The ability to translate complex financial and technology information into clear, actionable insight. * Experience with IT cost structures such as cloud, software licensing, infrastructure, managed services or professional services is desirable. * Experience in technology transformation, cost allocation or Technology Business Management would be advantageous. A professional finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent experience, is desirable.
