We are seeking an experienced ERP Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of ERP solutions within complex Logistics and/or Pharmaceutical environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience leading cross-functional ERP programs, managing stakeholders, driving implementation excellence, and ensuring successful adoption across operations. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of ERP projects—from discovery and design to deployment, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Serve as the primary delivery lead, ensuring projects remain on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Drive standardised delivery methodologies and best practices across project teams.
- Coordinate with internal and external technical teams, integrators, and business stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Engage with business leaders, process owners, and subject-matter experts across Logistics, Supply Chain, and/or Pharma to understand requirements and translate them into functional deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops, solution design sessions, and project governance meetings.
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, QA, and third-party vendors.
- Oversee integration points between ERP and WMS, TMS, MES, or other operational platforms.
- Support change management, training readiness, and process optimisation efforts.
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify project risks and dependencies; execute mitigation strategies.
- Ensure high-quality documentation, testing, and validation processes.
- Track project KPIs and prepare executive-level status reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years of experience delivering medium-to-large scale ERP implementations.
- Proven background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Pharmaceutical operations.
- Strong understanding of business process design and transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with change management and driving user adoption.
Technical Experience
- Expertise in at least one major ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, NetSuite).
- Understanding of systems integration, data migration, and testing strategies.
- Experience with regulated environments (GxP, validation, compliance) is a strong plus for Pharma backgrounds.
Desirable Experience
- Hands-on or supervisory experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, or similar.
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) or ERP modules.
