We are seeking for a Document Controller to join a marketing leading organisation based in Basingstoke. You will be responsible for managing documentation including design documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility for the design department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update project documentation, including drawings, technical submittals, and compliance records
- Ensure all documents meet legal, regulatory, and company standards
- Work closely with Design management, design engineers, and site teams to coordinate documentation needs
- Track document revisions and ensure timely distribution to relevant designers
- Assist in compiling final project handover documentation
- Support the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- 5 years + experience in a document control role
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Proficient in document management software & Microsoft Office
