We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Purview & SharePoint Advanced Management (SAM) Specialist to support the implementation and operational governance of Microsoft 365 security, compliance and information protection capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Microsoft Purview solutions including sensitivity labels, DLP, information protection and governance controls.
- Configure and optimise SharePoint Advanced Management (SAM) and SharePoint Online governance.
- Support Microsoft 365 Copilot governance, AI security controls and oversharing remediation.
- Design governance dashboards, reporting and operational monitoring using Power BI.
- Develop governance processes, documentation, runbooks and knowledge transfer materials.
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to embed governance best practice across Microsoft 365.
Essential Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 Compliance.
- Expertise in SharePoint Online governance and SharePoint Advanced Management.
- Experience implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI governance controls.
- Knowledge of Power BI reporting and governance dashboards.
- Ability to combine technical implementation with governance, stakeholder engagement and operational improvement.
