The contract is initially for 3-months (outside IR35) and we will require someone in their Milton Keynes office 2-days per week.

We are looking for a strong ARIS SME to uplift and transform existing SFS ARIS processes from static documentation into living, maintainable process models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and enhance Level 2, 3, and 4 process models in ARIS.
  • Refactor existing detailed process content to better leverage ARIS capabilities.
  • Convert narrative-style processes into structured, reusable, and governable ARIS models.
  • Enable teams to manage and update processes independently over time.
  • Establish practical ARIS modelling standards and best practices.
Experience required:
  • Hands-on experience with ARIS process modelling.
  • Strong understanding of Level 2–4 process mapping.
  • Ability to turn documented processes into usable, dynamic ARIS models.
  • Practical, delivery-focused mindset.
