ABOUT TALENT SHORE

Talent Shore helps UK businesses recruit and employ top remote talent in South Africa. We handle everything from recruitment and onboarding through to payroll, HR, and legal compliance. We're growing fast and building out our marketing department to match.

OUR CULTURE & MARKETING MISSION

We're a small but ambitious team that moves quickly and will encourage you to take ownership from the get go. We believe that targeted marketing campaigns will be the most effective method of marketing. This could be specific social media and Google ads, or direct email and LinkedIn messaging campaigns.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to execute our direct, targeted marketing campaigns. You'll own content creation and campaign management across paid social and Google, building personalised, persona‑driven campaigns rather than broad brand activity. We have extensive experience in direct email and LinkedIn messaging campaigns, and would offer training in this area. The marketing strategy and targeting direction will come from us and we want to work with someone who can bring it to life and manage it well.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create written, visual, and short‑form video content for targeted campaigns.
  • Manage and publish paid ads across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Monitor performance, iterate, and report results to the leadership team.
  • Regularly rotate ad sets to improve data capture and highlight more effective campaigns.
  • Work within direct marketing platforms such as HeyReach and Instantly (full training provided).
  • Able to commute to the office in East Croydon for at least the first 6 months before a hybrid working model could be considered.
  • Set up and run competitor‑based Google Ads (e.g. appearing when someone searches a rival).

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience creating or managing content across paid digital platforms.
  • Strong copywriting with ability to tailor messaging to specific audiences and industries.
  • Tech savvy as there are several platforms to navigate.
  • Comfortable reading data and making decisions from it.
  • Organised, proactive, and takes ownership.
  • Able to commute to the office in East Croydon for at least the first 6 months before adopting a hybrid working model.
  • Graduates welcome; demonstrating initiative through self‑run ads or side projects counts as experience!

BENEFITS

  • £30,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays and your birthday.
  • Monthly team activity, dinner and drinks (we’re opposite Box Park!).
  • You’ll be working with leadership from day one with no layers or politics.
  • Have ownership and autonomy, your ideas will be heard and acted on.
  • Grow with the company - as Talent Shore scales, so does this role.
