This requires relocation to Dubai, UAE. An established and rapidly scaling technology business is seeking a highly technical Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the next phase of platform growth, AI adoption, and engineering transformation. This is a hands-on executive leadership role for a technology leader who enjoys operating at both strategic and technical depth. You will own technology strategy, platform architecture, engineering delivery, cloud infrastructure, security, data, and AI initiatives while partnering closely with senior leadership to drive business growth and innovation.
The Opportunity
You will lead a multi-disciplinary engineering organisation responsible for building and scaling a mission-critical cloud platform serving customers across multiple international markets. Key Responsibilities

- 15+ years of experience leading engineering organisations as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Engineering.

- Strong background in cloud architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and modern software engineering.
- Experience building and deploying AI, machine learning, data, or automation solutions in production environments.
- Deep understanding of security, compliance, risk management, and enterprise-grade technology operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large engineering teams across multiple geographies.
- A leader who remains technically engaged and can challenge architectural decisions when required.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate technology strategy into business outcomes.
