As a Service Engineer, you will repair, service, and troubleshoot drainage camera systems and electronic equipment while supporting equipment assembly and custom engineering solutions. You will use your technical expertise to diagnose faults, complete repairs, and ensure customers receive reliable, high-performing equipment.
What You’ll Do
- Repair and service drainage camera systems and electronic inspection equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults across cables, components, and electronic systems
- Perform soldering, testing, and component-level repairs
- Use diagnostic tools including multimeters to identify and resolve technical issues
- Support production and assembly of specialist equipment
- Assist with bespoke engineering solutions for utilities and infrastructure projects
- Work independently on repairs while collaborating with a small engineering team
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience repairing electronic equipment or specialist systems
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting electronic faults and performing repairs
- Experience with soldering and component-level diagnostics
- Ability to use multimeters and perform electrical testing
- Experience repairing equipment such as inspection cameras, vehicle electronics, industrial systems, or similar technology
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose faults without circuit diagrams
- Basic mechanical repair experience is a plus
