DUTIES:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues.
- Fabricate and install new parts as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
- Perform field service visits to address equipment issues on-site.
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role.
- Must have welding experience in TIG and fusion welding.
- Industrial Machine Mechanic for a full-time position in our shop.
- Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Machinery assembly, troubleshooting, rebuilding.
- Blueprint reading.
- Steel grinding and polishing (stainless and carbon).
- Hydraulic assembly and troubleshooting (must).
- Machining various parts.
- Bearing installation/replacement.
- Seal assembly (mechanical, lip, packing).
- Gearbox assembly, troubleshooting, rebuilding.
- Shaft/motor/gearbox alignment.
- Limited electrical wiring (motor/switches).
