You’ll be leading the charge when it comes to content across their platforms (social media, website, blogs, & offline content) - bringing a creative energy, strategic thinking, and strong execution to every piece of content you produce.
Your role will involve:
- Working closely with the marketing consultant, directors and wider team to soak up their brand, spot stories and angles to turn into memorable social media and content pieces.
- Spending your time in the 3-4 local branches to gain a deep understanding of their culture and potential topics.
- Writing and creating content for social media posts that include a mix of down to earth, humorous, engaging and glossy messages.
- Showcasing local businesses, the team, creating and editing property reels and educational content.
- Building the online presence of key team members.
- Suggesting and creating bespoke professional marketing campaigns to generate awareness of sold/let properties and to target new vendors/landlords looking to list their properties.
- Carrying out regular property canvassing using a third-party print and send service.
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
- Proven experience managing and creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and growing key metrics across these channels.
- Strong writing skills, especially for SEO-friendly blog content and web copy.
- Confident creating fresh and proactive marketing material.
- A sharp eye for design and detail - bonus points if you’re handy with Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing tools.
- A proactive mindset - you’re full of ideas and know how to bring them to life without needing constant direction.
- Great organisational skills, with the ability to manage content calendars and multiple deadlines.
- A solid understanding of content performance metrics and social analytics tools, bringing a test and learn mindset to continually optimise content against what is working/not working.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Flexibility to spend your time across 3-4 branches in London within a 4 mile radius.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, knows how to write compelling content that is optimised for SEO, and isn’t afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table. If you’re a self-starter with a natural flair for storytelling and a strong digital-first mindset, we’d love to hear from you.
