Senor Digital & Ecommerce Executive £35-45k Hampshire VR/10581 A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced digital marketer with ecommerce skills to join a leading digital and ecommerce business who work with high profile clients. The Senior Digital & Ecommerce Executive will help drive growth across a varied portfolio of retained DTC client stores and in-house brands. This is a broad, hands-on role where you’ll be heavily involved across multiple client accounts, overseeing everything from day-to-day store trading and eCRM to digital marketing campaigns and performance insights. Your role will involve: * Store Optimisation & Trading: Keep Shopify stores running smoothly, ensuring product presentation, user experience, and overall site health are top notch * eCRM & Engagement: Drive customer retention by managing Klaviyo campaigns, flow automation, and list segmentation * Campaign & Channel Execution: Coordinate digital marketing efforts across eCRM, CRO, paid/organic search, and social channels * Client Account Management: Build strong, collaborative relationships across your portfolio, acting as a trusted main point of contact for performance updates and recommendations * Insights & Reporting: Track key metrics using GA4 and store data, turning insights into clear, actionable ideas to boost revenue You will be the ideal candidate due to your: * 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing (agency or multi- brand experience is a huge plus) * Strong, confident hands-on platform experience with Shopify, Klaviyo and other popular eCommerce tools * Good familiarisation with standard digital marketing tools (e.g., GA4, Meta, SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity, Search Console) * Ability to manage multiple client workstreams at once * Proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to take ownership If you thrive in a dynamic setting this role will be a great fit
