This is an exciting, newly created role working for a well-established construction organisation with an excellent sustainability track record. Having overhauled their marketing plans, this position will work closely with the Senior Marketing & Communications Executive, helping to plan and execute engaging marketing and communication campaigns that raise awareness and drive business growth.

Your role will involve:
- Creating and scheduling accurate and engaging long/short format content.
- Maintaining Company websites, social media accounts and internal communication sites.
- Coordinating the Company’s digital and print marketing assets and merchandise.
- Assisting in planning, implementing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, monitoring and adjusting approaches as required.
- Assisting in planning, implementing, and executing internal communication campaigns and training sessions, keeping employees informed and engaged.
- Assisting in planning, implementing, and executing company events, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars, attending as required.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Assisting with PR initiatives, liaising with media contacts as required.
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance data to produce accurate monthly reports.
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
- Proven experience in executing and monitoring marketing campaigns and activities.
- Proven experience in content creation across various formats and platforms.
- Ability to produce engaging, valuable, and relevant short/long format content across various platforms, creating and conveying messages accurately, clearly, and persuasively.
- Good organisational and project management skills.
- Proficient in analysing marketing data and metrics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and Content Management Systems.
- Ideally ability to create and edit content using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and capture and edit photos and videos or a desire to learn.
