Events Coordinator - Marketing York or Leeds office Hybrid working 28-32K VR/10575 A great opportunity has arisen for a skilled events professional to join a well-established and growing organisation to plan and deliver high-quality events.

Taking ownership of events from start to finish - from ideas, managing the detail through to working with suppliers and teams across the business, and making sure everything runs smoothly on the day.

This is a hands-on role and will suit someone who s highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure, with a real eye for detail and quality.

Role and responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and deliver a wide range of events, including client events, internal meetings, conferences, social events and community activity.

Take ownership of all event logistics - from venue selection and catering to entertainment, schedules and on-the-day coordination.

Create clear event plans, timelines and run sheets to keep everything on track from start to finish.

Manage event budgets carefully, making sure spend is well controlled and delivers value.

Source, brief and manage suppliers, venues and contractors to ensure a smooth and professional event experience.

Oversee health, safety and practical considerations to ensure events are well run and compliant.
