This is a wonderful opportunity for a switched-on, organised candidate to join a fun, fast-paced consumer brand as their Social Media Executive. Although there will be some other marketing duties, this role is primarily focused on social media management, working closely with the Content Creator who will create most of the content for you to use. You will be tasked with planning posts, getting content live, staying on top of comments and messages, and making sure channels stay active, sharp and on-brand.
Your role will involve:
- Running global social channels day to day
- Planning, scheduling and publishing posts across platforms
- Writing captions, replying to comments and messages, and keeping channels active
- Keeping websites fresh and up to date
- Helping plan and deliver marketing campaigns and product launches
- Supporting trade shows, events and brand activations
- Managing the day-to-day admin of customer content submission programme
- Organising photoshoots and video shoots with customers
- Supporting the wider team with general marketing activity
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
- Organised, proactive approach and ability to keep things moving
- Good eye for detail and an instinct for what works on social
- Strong written communication skills and understanding of brand tone of voice
- Experience managing social media platforms and a solid understanding of how they work
- Confidence capturing reactive photo or video content when needed
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a big bonus but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- Keen to learn, get involved, and grow with the role
