It is a full time, permanent role based in their Southampton office\\n\\nThis is an entry level position ideally suited to a detail-oriented team player with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. You'll work closely with account managers, creatives, and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery for high-profile clients\\n\\nYour role will involve:\\n\\n * Supporting the Senior Account Manager on various client projects\\n\\n * Maintaining communication across internal teams and managing project timelines\\n\\n * Building strong client relationships and handling correspondence\\n\\n * Preparing and tracking project estimates, purchase orders and invoices\\n\\n * Ensuring timely release of proofs, artwork and deliveries\\n\\n * Conducting industry research to stay informed about trends and client competitors\\n\\nYou’ll be the ideal candidate due to your:\\n\\n * Well-honed organisational abilities\\n\\n * Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\\n\\n * Project co-ordination/creative agency experience/creative degree or similar\\n\\n * Proactivity and team focus\\n\\nThis is a wonderful opportunity for someone wanting to kick start their career in the creative industry.
