. This is an exciting opportunity to lead major civil engineering and rail projects, playing a key role in delivering innovative and impactful solutions across the UK., Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and rail projects from conception to completion.

• Manage project teams and subcontractors, ensuring all deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budgets.

• Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and financial management.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide regular project updates and address any issues that arise.

• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges and maintain project efficiency.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering, rail, or infrastructure projects.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.

• Familiarity with project management software and tools.

• In-depth understanding of contracts (e.g., NEC), project financials, and construction methodologies.

• Relevant qualifications (PRINCE2, APM, or similar) and a valid CSCS card are advantageous.
