We are currently seeking an Events Coordinator to join our team and support our prestigious client, a global leader in the tech industry. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services while contributing to a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
As an Events Coordinator, you will be the cornerstone of exceptional event management, fostering relationships with clients and colleagues, and ensuring that every event, internal or external, is executed flawlessly. You will embody the client’s values and deliver moments that matter through outstanding service and attention to detail., * Provide a world-class experience to all clients and colleagues.

Maintain workplace etiquette and uphold exceptional standards across all areas, including reception, VIP lounges, and conference rooms.

Plan, manage, and execute internal and external events from start to finish.

Book and arrange event spaces, including furniture setup and coordination.

Liaise with IT, AV, Security, Catering, and Cleaning teams.
