As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in helping children to create positive change in their lives. You will be a mentor, a role model, and a source of daily encouragement., * Develop and implement personalised care plans to support the unique needs of each resident.

  • Create a safe and respectful environment that fosters personal growth and rehabilitation.

  • Offer emotional support and guidance, helping residents understand and address their behaviours.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, psychologists, and social workers.

  • Organise and participate in group activities to promote social skills, self-esteem, and positive interactions.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to track progress and ensure compliance with regulations.
