The Opportunity
As Associate Director of SEO & Content, you’ll be responsible for team leadership and hands-on client success. You’ll manage 2-4 SEO consultants, with your primary objective being to ensure the team is driving client results, maintaining a positive client relationship and ensuring client retention and growth.
Core Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Organic Growth, you’ll:

Lead and develop a team of 2-4 SEO consultants, ensuring consistent quality and results

Develop relationships and oversee content partners that help deliver quality content that power our strategic approach to organic growth for clients

Drive demonstrable pipeline growth and ROI on the client’s investment with Powered by Search

Oversee strategic direction of our client engagements and drive innovation across the agency

Maintain executive-level client relationships and communication
-
Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your portfolio
-
Contribute to agency thought leadership and best practices
-
Coordinate with Digital PR team for content promotion alignment

Have a proven track record of driving multi-million dollar B2B SaaS organic and content focused campaigns

Can translate complex paid media concepts into clear business value
Required Experience
-
2+ years of team leadership or management experience
-
5+ years of SEO experience, with at least 2 years managing B2B SaaS accounts
-
Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level accounts

Deep expertise in Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, with strong knowledge of Content Optimization Tools and Platforms
-
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)

Track record of achieving or exceeding MQL and SQL targets

Remote work experience and excellent virtual communication skills

Drive results without the typical agency constraints
