We are looking for a print or packaging manufacturing experienced Operations Manager or Factory Manager to join our client's large print site in Wiltshire, responsible for all on-site manufacturing and operations. This role could be a step up from a Senior Supervisory role or a move from a senior Production, Manufacturing or Operations Management position into a site management role for a large print manufacturer in a critical leadership role.

The business is a Pan-European manufacturer and you would be responsible for a key UK manufacturing site reporting into the Divisional General Manager. You would be responsible for:

  • Overseeing day-to-day onsite activities ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Site leadership and support
  • Directly managing Shift Managers
  • All Dispatch and Goods across multiple sites
  • Site Health, Safety and Compliance
  • Site Engineering and Maintenance
  • Site Print Production (Digital/Litho)
  • All daily performance
  • Site scheduled maintenance
