Job Description Print Finishers & Bindery Operators \n Job Type: Full time/Permanent \n Shifts: Treble Shift Pattern (Average 40 hours per week 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am) \n Location: Circa £35,000 per annum plus Overtime \n \n One of the UK's leading print groups has the opportunity for experienced Print Finishers, Guillotine Operators or Bindery Operators to join their team. \n \n Working a Continental Triple shift system, you will be responsible for managing the operating bindery equipment including folders, guillotines and binding machines. \n \n You will be responsible for producing finished products to the highest quality and as efficiently as the job and machinery will allow. If you have similar experience with print finishing or binding in a comparable environment, re-training will be considered. \n \n Competencies: \n \n Previous experience in a print production or bindery environment preferred \n Knowledge of bindery equipment operation and finishing processes \n Ability to read and understand production specifications and work instructions \n Strong attention to detail and quality standards \n Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills \n Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n Basic mechanical aptitude \n Good communication and organisational skills. \n IT Literacy \n Committed to working to high standards and under pressure \n Being organised and scheduling own time and activities, monitor progress and stay on top of own workload \n Flexible, reliable and trustworthy \n \n \n Duties include: \
