This is a new role to support the delivery of complex print & finished products in a high value, high quality and client focused print environment. So, for you theres stability, reward, and both personal and professional development opportunities.
Print industry experience - with good technical print (digital, litho) knowledge of print & finishing processes and materials.
Client management experience at Customer Service, Account Management or Business Development level (this is NOT a sales role).Absolute focus on high quality, and being the clients Source of Truth for maintaining a very high bar.
Commercial experience, with the ability to add value, see opportunities and manage commercial requirements (Not an estimating role).Tharstern or similar integrated CRM and MIS systems. Strong reporting skills, with the ability to present data to clients and internal teams effectively.
Belief in the project and its benefits to the business, giving you the confidence to engage with internal business leaders and partners to ensure the success of the Division.
