We are looking for a very special kind of Senior (Key) Account Manager. You, in turn, are probably looking for an opportunity to support the account growth and management for some really exciting printed products in high potential new client accounts.

What does the role need from you?
- Print industry experience - with good technical print (digital, litho) knowledge of print & finishing processes and materials.
- Client management experience at Customer Service, Account Management or Business Development level (this is NOT a sales role).
- Background advising clients on print production with the ability to own the whole process internally for the client.
- Absolute focus on high quality, and being the client’s Source of Truth for maintaining a very high bar.
- Commercial experience, with the ability to add value, see opportunities and manage commercial requirements (Not an estimating role).
- MIS experience; Tharstern or similar integrated CRM and MIS systems.
- Strong reporting skills, with the ability to present data to clients and internal teams effectively.
- Communication skills that enable you to influence and engage with internal teams and colleagues, as well as clients at a senior level.
- Belief in the project and its benefits to the business, giving you the confidence to engage with internal business leaders and partners to ensure the success of the Division.
