We're looking for a new recruit to join our client print manufacturing business in an important client facing customer service role. You will be joining an established and well-considered print manufacturing site, part of an experienced customer service team and reporting into the Customer Service Manager. This role would suit you if you are looking to move on from a first role within the print or packaging sectors, or have print production skills and are seeking to apply your knowledge in a customer facing role. It could be a great opportunity to join a larger business with longer term opportunities for personal and professional growth.
To be successful in this role, we would like you to have:
- A minimum of 12 months experience within the print or packaging sector.
- Experience in a customer service or support role, via telephone or email predominately.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- A patient and diligent style, good with details and numeracy.
- A friendly and can do attitude (the customer may always be right, but sometimes they don't make the job easier!)
If this sounds like the kind of challenge you can step into and make your own, we'd love to hear from you.
