About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join a high-profile digital acquisition and marketing team within a leading global organisation.
As an SEO Specialist, you will drive organic search visibility across traditional search engines while supporting the growing areas of AI-powered search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
You will work closely with marketing, content, product, engineering and analytics teams to identify opportunities, improve technical SEO, optimise content and ensure websites perform effectively across both traditional and AI-driven search.
Key Responsibilities:
As an SEO Specialist, you will:
· Develop and deliver SEO strategies across traditional and AI-driven search platforms.
· Lead technical SEO initiatives covering crawlability, indexation, rendering, site architecture and accessibility.
· Optimise content to improve organic visibility, AI discoverability and search performance.
· Analyse AI-powered search and LLMs to identify visibility, citation and content opportunities.
· Implement and optimise structured data, including Schema.org and JSON-LD, alongside development teams.
· Use SEO and analytics tools to monitor performance, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
· Work closely with marketing, content, product, engineering, analytics and external agencies to deliver SEO improvements.
· Stay up to date with SEO, Google algorithm updates, AEO, GEO, generative AI and emerging search technologies.
