They are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the evolution of a high-traffic, customer-facing web platform used across international markets. The Role
As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver enhancements and new features across digital acquisition channels. You will help shape product strategy, manage the product backlog, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, customer-centric experiences. This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on product delivery experience within Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of the product roadmap for digital acquisition platforms
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive conversion
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog to maximise business value
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver key initiatives
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and product specifications
- Conduct root cause analysis on issues, defects, and stakeholder concerns
- Evaluate new feature requests, balancing business value, feasibility, and priority
- Monitor digital trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation
- Create documentation including user stories, feature definitions, and release notes
- Work with global stakeholders across multiple regions to align delivery

- Experience as an Associate Product Manager within digital product teams
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital products in Agile environments
- Experience working with complex, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories
- Understanding of customer-focused product development and digital experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
