The Role Will Include: * Supporting the Year 3 teacher with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons. * Working with pupils individually and in small groups to reinforce learning and improve progress. * Delivering targeted interventions in areas such as reading, writing, and maths. * Supporting pupils with additional needs by adapting activities and providing personalised guidance. * Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive learning behaviours as pupils transition further into Key Stage 2. * Helping monitor pupil progress and sharing feedback with the class teacher. * Preparing resources and supporting the organisation of the classroom environment. * Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families. * Supporting children during breaktimes, school activities, and educational visits. * Promoting safeguarding, inclusion, and the wellbeing of all pupils. The Successful Applicant Will Bring: * A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. * Previous experience supporting children within a primary school setting. * Experience working within Key Stage 2 is desirable. * Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional learning needs is advantageous. * A calm, patient, and encouraging approach to supporting children's development. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. * The confidence to take initiative and provide effective classroom support.
