The Role
- Plan and deliver highly personalised and engaging lessons tailored to individual pupil needs
- Support pupils with ASC and complex communication difficulties

- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN professionals, and families
- Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment where pupils can thrive
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Has experience working with pupils with SEN, particularly autism and speech & language needs (desirable)
- Demonstrates strong skills in differentiation and personalised learning
- Is patient, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education
- Has excellent communication skills and works well as part of a team
