A friendly and inclusive primary school in Oldham is looking for an experienced Level 3 TA to join their team full-time, starting ASAP until July. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about phonics and early reading and is confident leading RWI sessions.
The Role
- Deliver Read Write Inc (RWI) phonics sessions to small groups
- Support pupils across EYFS and KS1 to make rapid progress
- Deliver targeted interventions and support catch-up programmes
- Work closely with teachers and the literacy/phonics lead
- Create a positive, engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Has proven experience delivering Read Write Inc (RWI)
- Confident leading small groups independently
- Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
