Headlines: Salary up to £50,000 15% bonus Hybrid Strong career progression opportunities & exposure to senior stakeholders Must be a fully a qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) Highly proficient in excel working with very large data sets, complex formulas etc Process improvement mindset Comfortable working across departments & business partnering to achieve results The Role Key responsibilities: Take ownership of corporate reporting, including dashboards and management analysis, to support senior decision-making Support strategic planning by partnering with teams on business planning, performance reviews, and ad hoc financial projects Enhance reporting processes by improving tools, automating workflows, and standardising outputs across the Group. Conduct proactive analysis of industry trends, competitor performance, and cross-divisional insights. Collaborate closely with divisional FDs, Business Partners, and the Financial Reporting team to add value and support audit processes The Person Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven expertise in delivering high-quality financial analysis in client services or industry roles. Advanced Excel skills, strong financial modelling expertise, and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and presentation delivery. Experience with financial systems like SAP and BI tools such as PowerBI is highly advantageous. Exceptional analytical reasoning and commercial awareness to identify risks, improvements, and solutions. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to engage and collaborate across all levels of the business. Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.
