A fast-growing AI-native insights company based in Central London is on the lookout for an Insights Manager to join its team. This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a company shaping how leading brands use real-time consumer feedback to fine-tune their creative strategies.
In this role, you'll sit at the heart of insight generation – supporting client partner teams (global creative brand design agencies and multi-brand enterprise giants) to transform raw consumer data into clear, actionable insights. You'll be working closely with experienced colleagues across research, product, and creative disciplines, contributing to projects that blend qual and quant with strategic thinking.
You’ll spend the majority of your time in person with the team (3 days onsite) – either in their riverside HQ in Central London or on their client side. This setup gives you invaluable face time with senior professionals and the chance to learn how leading creative and research teams operate day to day.
No two days are the same. This is scaling a start-up, so you are adapting & learning every day! You might be analysing user feedback from a new product launch, crafting a smart survey for a brand campaign, onboarding new clients onto the platform, or brainstorming new ways to improve the user experience. You’ll also help build reports that bring clarity and creativity to the insights storytelling process – helping brands make better decisions, faster. You'll be working with different stakeholders inside the business and embedded on their client side.
The training is well-structured, with a clear roadmap for the first 3, 6, and 12 months, so you know from day one what will be expected of you. The culture of the place is really unique; you've got a lot of autonomy, but at the same time, you always feel supported. Their retention is one of the best I've seen among fast-scaling brands.
The ideal candidate will be naturally analytical but also a GREAT communicator – someone who can spot patterns in data but also ask smart questions and contribute to ideas. Whether you’ve got a couple of years of experience or are already working as a junior Insights Manager, what matters most is your curiosity, your love of insight, and your desire to grow in a dynamic, innovative environment.
AI is changing fast, so your most important quality is FLEXIBILITY. As the company is learning and adapting, what was true 3 months ago remains true but with additional learnings on top. If you like stability & structure, this is not the role for you.
Key appeal is autonomy; the candidate will have a lot of autonomy in the role.
What you’ll need:
- Experience with qual research in an agency setting (ideally creative agency!)
- Solid understanding of data handling – confident with Excel and basic analysis
- A curious, critical thinker who loves exploring why people think and behave the way they do
- Clear communicator – able to bring insight to life in written or visual formats
- Organised and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- A proactive attitude and collaborative spirit
What’s on offer:
- A salary of £40,000 depending on experience + bonus
- The chance to be part of a growing ResTech company at an exciting stage of scale-up
- Hybrid working – but mostly in-office with senior team members for learning and exposure
- Training and mentoring from experienced researchers, product managers, tech folk, creatives and strategists
- Learning and development budget
- Social events and a collaborative, inclusive work culture
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow quickly in modern research and insights, while gaining exposure to the fast-moving intersection of AI, technology, creativity, and consumer understanding.
Interview Process:
- Please apply with your CV via this advert.
- This is a hybrid role (ideally 3 days at the office), so you MUST be based in London.
